/// Editorial
This is a poster series that I worked on with Carrie Love, a teaching artist with WritersCorps. She provided the poems and artwork and I put the posters together. Check out the map I made for the walking tour here in my maps section.
Here is a blurb about the project:
WritersCorps and Mission High School present write/walk, a public literary arts project in collaboration with Mission District businesses and organizations. write/walk is a walking tour of young writers and local businesses. Participating businesses are displaying the work of WritersCorps students from Mission High School on art posters in their storefronts.
The posters will be displayed during May 2010, and will be accompanied by a free write/walk guidebook available at all participating merchants. The guidebook features a map of the tour, reproductions of the posters, and additional writing from Mission High School students.
